Speaking on the drive-time show on BBC Lincolnshire on Friday, Kelly talked about the importance of ‘health by stealth’ and giving consumers more information on what is in their food when eating out.
The interview follows an announcement by NHS Lincolnshire to roll out the pilot project to more than 20 Indian restaurants across Lincolnshire. Social Change will be managing the project until March 2012 and will launch a consumer awareness campaign in early 2012.
